What would make you feel that you were living your life to the best of your ability each &amp; every day?</strong></span></p>

<p><strong>MY GOALS:</strong></p>
<p>((REVISED: <em>March 21, 2011</em>))</p>
<p>1. Cut out all sodas ~ especially caffinated ones.<br />
2. Lose 30-45 lbs.<br />
3. Eat less processed foods; more Mediterranean-style.<br />
4. <span style="color:#993366;">Take a break from reviewing books, here &amp; there (for 1-3 mos. at a time) so I can pleasure read</span>.<br />
5. <span style="color:#993366;">Add more “thinking” posts to my blog ~ not just memes, reviews, &amp; blog tours</span>.<br />
6. Limit computer time on weekends to 2-3 hrs/day, maximum.<br />
7. Stay focused, spiritually, by doing Bible study, &amp; reading Christian books &amp; blogs.<br />
8. Practice surrendering to God, daily.<br />
9. Write more thorough book reviews (use guidelines, if necessary).<br />
10. Examine what I believe, and why.<br />
11. Exercise at least 3x/week for 15-20 mins. each day.<br />
12. Eat within my hunger/satisfaction boundaries, daily.<br />
13. Stop giving in to my excuses ~ in ANY area of life!<br />
14. Study the Gospels to see how Jesus taught us to live.</p>

<p>And, I&#8217;m happy to announce that <span style="color:#800080;">I&#8217;ve <span style="text-decoration:underline;">completed</span> the challenged</span>! <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>I had originally set myself a tiny list, to be added to as we went along. I prefer doing it this way &#8212; not giving myself a huge, set list any more &#8212; as it leaves me room to change my mind. I&#8217;m a total &#8220;mood reader&#8221;, so I don&#8217;t like sticking to a list. I&#8217;ve found it just doesn&#8217;t work for me.</p>
