Fall Into Reading ‘08 – DONE!
Posted by mizb17 on December 24, 2008
Well, I did it! I completed the FALL INTO READING 2008 Challenge!
I’d said I would read 6 books — if not more — and I read 6 books. Here’s what I read:
1. SLOTH by Wendy Wasserstein (finished Sept.26/08)
2. HE LOVES ME by Wayne Jacobsen (finished Sept.28/08)
3. SAME KIND OF DIFFERENT AS ME by Ron Hall & Denver Moore (finished Oct.5/08)
4. THE SHACK by William P. Young (finished Oct. 13/08)
5. HOW TO BE SINGLE by Liz Tuccillo (finished Oct.19/08)
6. FORSAKEN by James David Jordan (finished Oct.26/08)
My favorite was SAME KIND OF DIFFERENT AS ME. This is a memoir, and it really opens your eyes to what goes on just under our noses, and we don’t even realize it.
My least favorite was SLOTH. It just wasn’t as good as I thought it could be. I was looking for humor, and didn’t really find it, unfortunately.
Thank you to Katrina for hosting this challenge every Fall, as it’s one of the simplest, and I thoroughly enjoy it! See everyone in the Spring for Katrina’s Spring Reading Thing Challenge!

Congratulations on what you accomplished during the challenge. I peeked at the free download of Same Kind of Different as Me and it did look good.

I am looking forward to the Spring Challenge, too! Hopefully, I can finish the rest of my list before then. Good job on accomplishing your goals!
